Liquid ammonia is one of the basic chemical products. The liquid ammonia produced in industry also called ammonia is made through chemical combination of hydrogen and ammonia under high temperature, high pressure and catalyst. It has a wide application. In chemical industry, it is usually used to manufacture urea, ammonium sulfate, ammonium nitrate, Monoammonium phosphate, sodium carbonate,explosive, nitric acid and various amino and acidyl organic chemical products. It is also used in metallurgy, pesticide, light industry, medicine, dyestuff, food processing and other industries. Besides, it is the refrigerant of large and medium refrigerating machines. In national defense industry ammonia can be used to manufacture rockets, propellants and oxidants of missiles. 主要受壓元件材料為Q345R,符合GB/T713-2014《鍋爐和壓力容器用鋼板》的要求,所用鍛件符合NB/T47008-2010《承壓設備用碳素鋼和合金鋼鍛件》的Ⅱ級要求。
The material of major pressured parts are Q345R which comply with the requirements of GB/T713-2014《The steel plate of boiler and pressure vessel》,the forgings of ammonia tanks comply with the level Ⅱrequirment NB/T47008-2010《carbon steel and alloy steel forgings of pressure equipment》.
